This tightly-knitted residential development of seven North-facing row-houses offers a combination of two and three bedroom units. While compact, each unit enjoys access to a series of private green spaces ranging from a garden on the ground floor, to a series of balconies and planted roof terraces. A colour palette for the elevational treatment was extrapolated from a careful study of three mature fever trees (Vachellia xanthophloea) growing on the sidewalk.
